Refund policy

At Chibi3D, every piece is made to order with care. Because of this, we have a limited refund window — please read carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Items All Chibi3D collectibles are produced in batches after your order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@ogeditions.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Digital Items & Gift Cards All digital purchases and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
