Processing Time All Chibi3D collectibles are made to order. Please refer to the ETA listed on each product page for estimated production time before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment
International Shipping We ship to 27+ countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages Chibi3D is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact your carrier directly for claims.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
